Opinion about Future Technology (at Home and Store)



I want to share about my opinion about the video I’ve watched on Wednesday, June 11th 2014. The video told us about the future technology, especially at home and store which related with our lesson, Human Computer Interaction.
Some examples of smart feature in the video are:
1.     Smart washing machine. Smart washing machine has a sophisticated feature that can separate type of clothes based on the colour. For example, we want to wash some white clothes, but accidentally we put red sock in a pile of clothes, so the sensor of smart washing machine will announce us if there is another cloth which has a different colour. Thus, the white clothes that we want to wash will not wear off because of the red sock.
2.     Electronic Shopping List, provided on the home PC. With this feature, we can easily make a shopping list we need to buy at home PC and the list directly sent via internet to the Future Store, so when we go to the Future Store and tap the Smart Card to the small monitor in the trolley, the list will appear in the monitor. With this feature, we will not forget any items to be purchased
3.     Smart trolley. This feature automatically figure out what items in it.
4.     Comfort Payment. If we want to pay, just tap the “Comfot Payment” on the monitor trolley and the cashier monitor will directly print shopping invoice, then we just pay according to the price.
5.      Smart mirror. This feature help us to choose the best clothes that fit for us. Smart mirror will show our body match with the clothes we want to buy by hanging the clothes beside the smart mirror. Thus, we won’t be confuse anymore.
Actually, still many shopisticated features in the video.  
The advanteges if we use a future technology in our real life are: It will help daily life, so it makes our life become easier, save our time, and we can easily find the stuff we are looking for. But if we don’t use the technology wisely, the disadvantages will appear, like we might be more lazy because we are depending too much on technology, increase unemployement because all the jobs are handled by the computer system, and to realize it we need large funds.

Pengalaman Berorganisasi

Pada tulisan ini, saya akan berbagi sedikit mengenai pengalaman saya sewaktu mengikuti sebuah organisasi. Sewaktu di SMA, saya mengikuti sebuah ekstrakulikuler seni yang bergerak di bidang tari, yaitu tari Saman. Saya mengikutinya dari kelas 10 hingga kelas 12. Dalam ekstrakulikuler ini, semua anggotanya adalah perempuan, kecuali syekh Samannya, seorang laki-laki. Kegiatan tari ini diadakan setelah pulang sekolah, pukul 15.00 - 17.00 setiap hari selasa dan kamis, akan tetapi jika ingin ada lomba, kami berlatih setiap hari. Dalam ekskul tari Saman ini, diperlukan kekompakkan antar anggotanya, karena untuk menari Saman diperlukan rasa kebersamaan, tidak boleh egois, harus bisa menyeimbangi gerakan dengan teman sebelahnya dan diperlukan konsentrasi yang tinggi, karena apabila ada salah satu orang yang salah dapat terlihat dengan jelas. Asuransi jiwa dibagi atas tigas jenis; kumpulan, individu, dan unit link. Unit link merupakan produk perusahaan asuransi jiwa yang mengawinkan fungsi proteksi (asuransi) dan investasi. Asuransi jiwa bersifat komprehensif dan lebih rumit dari asuransi general. Dalam asuransi jiwa, distribusi atau sumber bisnis dapat dilaksanakan secara langsung ( direct ), bancassurance, agen, dan coasuransi. Distributor bertugas mengumpulkan data customer yang nantinya akan diserahkan kepada pihak admin support atau marketing .
